U. S. Domestic Shipping 

Wurus Art Jewelry offers complimentary shipping on orders over $100 with a 3-5 days of processing. 

We use USPS as our primary shipping carrier. After your payment is authorized and verified, please allow 3-5 business days to process your order and ship it out to you. You will receive shipping confirmation within 5 business days from the day your order was placed. 

For standard shipping, the rate will be determined at checkout based on the zip code of the address provided. 

After your order has shipped, you will receive an email confirmation with your tracking number to track your package to your door. Transit time may vary depending on your location. In case you do not receive your tracking information within 72 hours of purchasing, please send us an email: info@wurusartjewelry.com

Please be mindful that orders placed on Friday will not be processed until the following Monday. 

If your order has been shipped and you are experiencing a delay in receiving your package, please contact USPS.

In the event your package is returned to us as undelivered, it will be subject to a 15% restocking fee deducted from your refund. In case we issue a refund, it will be minus the restocking rate of 15% plus the shipping cost.
