However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we will gladly accept unworn, undamaged products purchased at full price for an exchange or return within 14 days of delivery date. Shipping cost will not be refunded.

To be approved a return must meet the following criteria's:

• Items are in their original condition without signs of wear and with all Wurus Art Jewelry tags and dust bag included.
• Item is not marked as final sale.
• Return was initiated within 14 days of delivery date.
• The item was shipped to a US address. We are unable to accept returns on international shipments.
